Internationally recognized as a UNESCO International Center for Technical and Vocational Education and Training member in the category of University/Research, the National Skills University Islamabad is located in the capital city’s center (UNEVOC). A global network for technical and vocational education and training, the UNEVOC Network is part of UNESCO (TVET). Members — UNEVOC Centres — may exchange ideas, cooperate, and offer help to one another in this setting. Internationally there are more than 220 UNEVOC Centres, and National Skills University Islamabad is one among them.

The National Skills University Islamabad will offer BSc/BS degrees in four engineering technologies in the fall of 2021, including civil, electrical, information, mechanical, and medical laboratory technology, in addition to math. Hostel accommodations are also available at the institution, as well as a lush green campus with sufficient amenities like auditoriums, libraries, the university’s masjid, and public transportation facilities
